What if I want a deeper understanding of my plan of care?

While we do everything we can to ensure that during your initial appointment you have all your questions answered, some clients develop questions they would like to address further.

For clients who do need a more in-depth follow-up about the plan of care, please send a portal message. Portal Correspondence can address general questions that can be answered by DTE medical staff.

Clients with more detailed concerns or questions may be asked for a more in-depth appointment type.
* Asynchronous Appointment: Correspondence through portal messaging that involves in-depth discussion about clients' charts, results, history, prescriptions, etc. 
* Office Appointment: Face-to-face appointment with a provider for in-depth follow-up.
